Registration Fees

> The Early Phase Clinical Trials Symposium will be held as a hybrid. Registrations will be made virtually or physically.
> Registration fees include participation in scientific sessions, coffee break refreshments, lunch, meeting materials or online interactive participation.
> 20% VAT will be added to the specified registration fees.
Accommodation Fees

> It is a 2-night package accommodation fee.
> Breakfast is included in the accommodation fees.
> Hotel reservations must be cancelled in writing.
> In cancellation requests made before December 1, 2024, the hotel fees paid will be refunded after 1 night's fee is deducted from the deposited hotel fees.
> No refunds will be made for cancellations made after December 1, 2024.
> 10% VAT and 2% accommodation tax will be added to the specified accommodation fees.
Transfer Fees

> No refunds will be made for transfer cancellations made as of December 1, 2024.
> 20% VAT will be added to the specified transfer fees.
> Payments will be collected prior to the symposium in accordance with the decision of the symposium board of directors. The last payment date is January 23, 2025.
